In this way, the sound is attenuated.

Wendler Thyroplasty Method

It is a method in which the vocal cords are intervened through the mouth under general anesthesia. One-third of the vocal cords are stitched together, shortening the vocal cords and thinning the voice. It is the most preferred surgical intervention technique due to the successful results obtained.

Laser Thinning Method

It is a method in which laser intervention is applied to the vocal cords through the mouth under general anesthesia. The vibrating part of the vocal cords is shortened with the help of a laser and the sound is thinned.
