What is the Difference of No Touch Laser?

Unlike others, in the No Touch Laser treatment, flap removal from the corneal layer is not performed. Therefore, complications related to flap creation are not seen. In No Touch Laser, which we also call surface treatment, the epithelial cells in the outermost part of the cornea are cleaned and then the necessary correction is applied directly to the corneal tissue by using the excimer laser. While myopia, astigmatism, and hyperopia are treated with the standard No Touch Laser, wavefront laser treatment is applied to the surface for a personalized and HD-quality image.

No Touch Laser, that is, excimer laser technology is used in surface treatments. In both techniques, it is possible to obtain HD quality vision with personalized wavefront treatments. Both operations are performed by numbing the eyes with drops and there is no pain during the operation.

Vision is blurred in the first week after No Touch Laser treatment. There are fluctuations in vision in the first month and the sharpest vision occurs after 2-3 months. At the same time, myopia up to 6-8 degrees, astigmatism up to 4 degrees, and hyperopia up to 4 degrees can be treated at the same time.
